Identify your agency today

Somebody asks an assistant which agent to list with, and it answers with a name. It picks the one whose page says the fee and says what it actually does for it. Yours doesn't say it. Your parents' generation had this morning once, and the agents who waited spent four years in the back of a property paper.

Property is one of only two trades where somebody is already teaching this continuously — and the view counts are the whole lesson. On 22 October 2026 we read a real-estate coach's own upload feed. Five of his last fifteen are about working with an assistant, and three of those are declared full courses. A seventy-minute course for agents reads 5,732 views. His newest, from September, reads 344.

So in the most AI-talked-about profession in the country, the teaching exists and the audience has not formed. Those are two different facts and only the first one is true. Everybody in your trade is being told this matters. Almost nobody has sat down and done it.

What makes that recoverable is that the doing is small. When an assistant named a business in our own measurement, what it quoted back as the reason was always something the page itself said — a fee, a window, a yes-or-no. Not a strategy, not a spend, not a course. A sentence. Your commission structure. Your management percentage. What a valuation costs and whether it's free. How long you need to get a property live. Whether you take a single-property landlord.

Which is why today beats next quarter. The talk is already saturated and the work is almost untouched — that is the best gap you will ever be handed in your own trade, and it closes the week somebody notices. Gala for your agency is where a seller's assistant can read them. Bring one topic's worth about each of twelve things a seller or a landlord needs before they sign — Findability, Qualifiability, Bookability, Predictability, Visibility, Automability, Memory, Continuity, Reachability, Countability, Answerability, Learnability — and you qualify. Then you answer the ninety questions yourself.

Measured 22 October 2026 from the educator's own upload feed, where a live feed returns exactly fifteen entries and a dead channel id returns 404 with none. View counts read off each watch page.
