Identify your clinic today

Somebody's knee hurts when they run, they ask an assistant which clinic to go to, and it answers with a name. It picks the one whose page says what a session costs. Yours doesn't say it. Your parents' generation had this morning once, and the practices that waited spent four years saying we get referrals.
And here we are not guessing, because we read your trade page by page. On 20 September 2026 we read ten practices in one city. All ten mention price somewhere on the site. Not one of them puts a number where a machine can lift it. Then on 21 October we asked an assistant the patient's own question, and on one run the entire answer was a single clinic, for this stated reason: its page "explicitly says they accept Aetna and that sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes." One sentence, published, and the whole answer.
One more thing from that same read, because it is the most honest fact we have. A page we checked says a session lasts 30 to 45 minutes in one place and 45 to 60 minutes in another, about three thousand characters apart, both still live. The assistant quoted the second. A patient reading that page has no way of knowing the first one exists.
Nobody is going to fix this inside your software, and we checked. The integrations page of the largest outpatient-rehab system in America is 94,774 bytes long and contains the word API zero times. Of twelve trades, physical therapy has the fewest systems a lesson can be taught against — two.
So it is you, and it is a page. Your self-pay rate. The evaluation fee. Whether a patient needs a referral in your state. Whether you can see somebody this week. Your own profession's association ran an accredited hour on 23 September 2026 titled around what patient data reveals about how clinics get chosen — the question is live inside the field.
Today. Gala for your clinic is where a patient's assistant can lift them. Bring one topic's worth about each of twelve things a patient needs before they call — Findability, Qualifiability, Bookability, Predictability, Visibility, Automability, Memory, Continuity, Reachability, Countability, Answerability, Learnability — and you qualify. Then you answer the ninety questions yourself.
The ten-practice price reading is physical therapy only, 20 September 2026, and is not claimed of any other trade. The quoted answer is the assistant's, logged 21 October 2026; the four pages it chose were fetched and checked directly.
